HRS Level 1 certification, within the Marzano High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework, signifies a school's achievement in establishing a "Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Culture." This foundational level focuses on building a positive and inclusive school environment where all stakeholders feel secure and valued. HRS (High Reliability Schools) Level 2 certification means a school has successfully implemented the principles of "Effective Teaching in Every Classroom" as part of the Marzano High Reliability Schools framework. This involves creating a shared language of instruction, raising the level of pedagogical skill, and ensuring high-quality teaching across all classrooms.
