Stallion Familv, As we move confidently into Quarter Three, this is an exciting time for students to reflect on their progress and begin setting meaningful goals for the year ahead. While the end of the school year may feel far off, the work students are doing right now-earning credits, building skills, and demonstrating growth-plays a powerful role in shaping their future.

HRS Level 1 certification, within the Marzano High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework, signifies a school's achievement in establishing a "Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Culture." This foundational level focuses on building a positive and inclusive school environment where all stakeholders feel secure and valued. HRS (High Reliability Schools) Level 2 certification means a school has successfully implemented the principles of "Effective Teaching in Every Classroom" as part of the Marzano High Reliability Schools framework. This involves creating a shared language of instruction, raising the level of pedagogical skill, and ensuring high-quality teaching across all classrooms.
